JHA’s mission is to motivate, encourage and inspire professional excellence in our clients through leadership training, consulting and coaching. We are experts in developing existing and emerging leaders. JHA works with administrative professionals, first time supervisors and first time managers to develop their leadership skills in their current roles as well as help them prepare to take on greater responsibilities in future roles. We also consult with the managers of these star employees to create coaching and individual development plans that will ensure career and organizational success.
