Dr. Julianna Hynes, President
Julianna is a dynamic leadership development consultant, coach and facilitator as well as an established author and speaker. With more than ten years of education and experience in human resources, training and coaching, Dr. Hynes honed those talents to become the Founder and CEO of Julianna Hynes & Associates (JHA), a leadership development firm specializing in and assisting emerging leaders, women in leadership and women in business in identifying, bridging, and achieving career and organizational goals. In addition to her entrepreneurial activities, Dr. Hynes serves as a Faculty Member for the University of Phoenix, is currently a member of the Contra Costa County Women’s Commission and serves as a consultant to non-profit organizations assisting in identifying issues and implementing solutions in the areas of leadership development and strategic planning.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Hynes is also a servant leader at her church, Grace Bible Fellowship, under the leadership of Pastor Kirkland A. Smith and lends her gifts to teaching Sunday School and serving as a strategic partner of the ministry.

Dr. Hynes holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Organizational Consulting and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology in which she studied the career development and success strategies of professional, high-status African American women.

Dr. Hynes is a passionate and energetic leadership development professional who motivates, encourages and inspires her clients to achieve sustainable, life-changing breakthrough and over-the-top results.
